you can do it. if you become concious of amount of calories of the food you eat, you will make more concious decisions. it might take a while to get into the habit of adding up the calories mentally so you kind of keep track but then becomes a routine.
i just staring the log yesterday but I have keep the tally on my head for some time now. this tool helps me to better keept track.
and if you excercise, more power to you!!!0
