Ideas for Winter Olympic costume party this weekend

Winter Olympic costume party for this weekend, what to wear? A good buddy is throwing it and he is nervous people are going to "mailing it in", so I dont want to go with a lame hockey player jersey, etc, Any ideas?

Idea #1 - Wife and I go as Tonya Harding and Jeff Galooley

Idea #2 Wife goes as Bob Costas with pink eye, I go as Jonny Weir the ex skater who is announcing figure skating. Jonny is openly gay, it seems he is stepping it up 5 notches to send Putin a message, so funny. I dont know how to do the pic thing, but here are the links. Idea #3 Jamacian bobsled tean, with dreadlocks and a cardboard bobsled (could be a pain to walk around in)

    Sounds like fun. Mix it up. You go as Jonny Weir and your wife is Tanya Harding. Gotta support those skaters. Besides you get to wear a fluffy fur coat, stylish.

    My vote is #3 too, but I DID go as Tonya Harding to a White Trash party 15 years ago. We all dressed up like white trash, so if you think Johnny would be offensive, you should have seen the costumes at this party..ha!! I wore a white tank top with some writing on it...: ).

    I would like to go as Jonny but I dont think we could pull it off with clothes that fit me. He is cracking me up so much, last night ..his lace top ..omg. He is absolutely telling Putin to stick it.

    Just go to the Goodwill store, go to the "plus size" womens section (maybe the lace sleepwear,,,ha) and you've got yourself an outfit!!!!! I go to that store, or the army navy store, every dress up party we attend!!

    White jacket
    Wife's pink T (stupid tight),
    Black coldgear tights
    Black and white saddle shoes for golf without spikes
    made an NBC name tag
    Old cell phone headset
    1 gallon of gel
    and .... make up

    Wife went as Jeff Gilooley

    Other costumes
    - the "blue man" type body suits were worn and they called themselves Luge 'rs
    - couples came as skating partners,
    - a few guys as East European "Helga" skaters
    - Netherlands wacky pants curling team
