Question about rice

Hey everyone,

I have recently moved to Europe and I am still trying to get used to the conversations of the food labels they use here. Everything is measured in grams with 100 grams being the standard "serving size". I don't have a food scale to weigh my food but I do use a measuring cup.

Now, I also just realized the nutritional information for 100 grams of rice is according to the uncooked rice (I can't believe I went months without knowing this! :noway: ) But anyways, I usually eat about 3/4 of a cup of cooked right. My question to you all is what would the equivalent of 3/4 of a cup of cooked brown rice be in grams of raw, uncooked rice? I want to log the correct amount.

Thanks in advance,
Alicia

in the food name search section put in 'brown rice' it will give you raw, cooked, long grain, medium, etc.
