Hey, I'm Heather... have lurked on this site for a while now w/o ever posting anything. I have no problem working out - especially if I do it consistantly. If I take more than a day off, it's hard to get back into the routine. Food is my downfall... I love it & gotta have it ;) But, obviously, can't have as much of it in order to lose weight. I'm looking to lose the 20lbs that I've packed on in the last year (the healthy way). About 10 of it is from just the last couple of months. I've been going through fertility treatments, so I blame it on 1. the medicines & 2. during the "two week wait" where I'm afraid to work out b/c I might not get pregnant.... Gotta have something to blame it on other than yourself, right!? ;) It's tough for me to actually tell people my weight, but here goes: Now I'm 145 & looking to be in the 120's.
