The THT 3 day workout, what do you think of it?

Hey guys,

I'm going to retry lifting again (consider me a newbie) then, and as it is wednesday, I want to try a new schedule. I thought, why not try a split schedule for a change, and since I want to go 3 times to the gym a week, I looked for a 3-day split schedule.

What do you guys think? Good exercises?
