Exercising with a sprained wrist

Hello fellow MFP friends,
I sprained my wrist 3 days ago, and I'm worried that I'll pack on a couple of pounds due to lack of movement. I want to workout, but I'm not sure what type of routine would be good for me. I usually run/walk on the treadmill, and I use the stationary bike a bit. I don't want to get stuck in this same boring routine. What else can I do? You know...what other exercises can I try that won't require the use of my wrist? I also used to use the weight machines. I know I can still use the ones for my legs, stomach, and back. How can I attempt to workout my arms without doing further damage to my wrist? Any help, tips, suggestions, etc... are appreciated.
