which dvd is gentle for shin splints

I've been doing 30DS for 10 days and I want to take a break because of my shin splints. But I don't want to stop exercising, what workout (on DVD or youtube) can I do?

  • I'd go for a stationary bicycle or swimming. Get some of the load off your legs for a while.

    so just take a break. ice down your shins, take some ibuprofen, and rest. you've probably not been resting enough. let me guess, you read the title "thirty day shred" and figured you have to do it every day for thirty days? nope, wrong. it's supposed to be done every other day.
