Ripped in 30 calorie burn

Hello all,
I'm 130lbs, 5 foot 6 and use 3lb weights (not moved up to my 5s yet!)
Anyone similar & actually know how many cals they burn doing RI30?
I was red and sweating when I finished, I put a lot of effort in and apart from the press ups I didn't do the modified version of anything.
Don't have a HRM (can't afford at the moment) so would appreciate an estimate as from what I've read when googling it, MFP is calculating on the low side (using circuit training as the chosen exercise)
Many thanks
S

I also calculate using MFP circuits. I have a watch HRM and they are actually usually pretty close. However, my HRM doesn't keep steady track of my Heart Rate so I don't know.0

I have an HRM and I have been doing RI30 for three days my calorie burn is usually over 400 no lie I'm 5'0 120 pounds get an HRM you don't want to over calculate the burn or under calculate it for that matter.0

I use the following site (see link below) to estimate all my workout burns (most of which are Jillian Michaels). Each time a start a new level, I keep track of my heart rate by timing my pulse between circuits for 15 seconds. I exercise at my maximum intensity for that workout. Then I plug in the figures on the shapesense website. I use that same calorie burn number each time I do the workout. I just make sure I give the workout the same intensity each time. I was told by someone who had an expensive HRM that this site was pretty accurate, and the numbers seem to work for me.
