Trying to raise the bar

Hi all,
I've just started insanity, OMG it's hard work, I started using MFP in November and I've tracked everything that goes in, so far its gone really well and I've lost close to 25 lbs. I thought this would be a good time for a new challenge as the hockey season is about to end and I want to keep the fitness up but this workout and new eating plan has really thrown me.
On day 3 now and tonight I was absolutely starving and felt my body craving carbs, I over ate but feel much better now, anyone else have the same sort of thing?
