Introduction/Progress

Hello everyone! I'm new to this website but not new to weightloss :). So most of my life I've been overweight and out of shape and when I was 16 (now currently 20) I decided to make a change and I lost 40 lbs with diet and exercise in the gym. When I turned 18, I went back to my old ways and gained my weight back. I am now back on that journey and I am currently doing T25 and I'm on the last week and 3rd day of the Alpha phase. I'll be doing my measurements on Saturday but since my last measurements, I've lost inches all over and 5 lbs.
