I am 5'3-5'4" 132lbs and I am unsure where to measure my waist. Please help!

You measure 2-3 inches above your navel for the most accurate, the smallest point varies too much from day to day.0

For clothes sizing measure at the smallest point. For your "medical" waist measurement, measure one inch above the top of your hip bones. I had to do that for my health insurance. It was depressing. I assume they use that to gauge how likely you are to have a heart attack and cost them lots of money.0

I say, since it's for you, measure wherever it will be easiest to measure in the same spot consistently.
For me, I have an incision scar by my belly button, so, I just measure over that, this way I know I'm measuring the same spot every time.0
