About 3 years ago I was 275 pounds. Joined MFP - Can't remember my log-in or anything. Anyway, dropped about 80 pounds and got down to this. http://i61.tinypic.com/swtf0z.jpg (copy and paste that link if you care to see.)

Shortly after my dad suffered 3 heart attacks and I basically gave up. Regained nearly all the weight. About 4 months ago at 263 pounds I decided to give it another shot. I'm currently down to 221.2 as of this morning. I don't have any picture of the beginning of this new diet, but my profile pic is about 3 weeks old.

Best of luck to everyone, - Anthony.

Good job. One lesson I've learned through all the ups and downs is that it really does come down to getting your head in the right place. I had a couple of friends die from health problems so I decided to FINALLY stop screwing around and get healthy, and I lost 50 pounds. I'm determined to keep the weight off because I have a damn good reason to do so. Occasionally I think of my friends and remember, and that motivates me to make today an awesome day.
