Hi gang, I am Richard age 45 from Wisconsin. I am finally seriously trying to loose weight. I am 213 pounds and trying to be my goal weight of 195. So I have 18 pounds to loose. I am also trying to tone up I don't want a six pack and bulking muscles but I just want to be toned.
I have a friend who is helping me and I have been working out on the Gazelle Freestyle glider. I work out about half hour 5 days a week.
I would love a coach or training help. I do want some strength buidling.
