I would love to befriend and hear people's experiences who have used this book's program. I am amazed at the amount of calories it wants me to start off with and was wondering if any of y'all followed this and saw results or if you had to drop your calories after the 4 week assessment phase? Please let me know! Feel free to add me as a friend I would love to have direct contact with others who have already used this program. I'm looking forward to starting it!
