This is me and my friend, I lost 85 kg and she lost 70 kg
We haven't done any surgery and we didn't use any special diet
We used our bodies

We are two girls from Sweden and we both had a typical life with our overweight, we got sad one day and decieded to stop sitting home crying on our own and actually do something about it! Im only posting this cause I wanna give you motivation
and I don't want you to stop with your progress only cause your body stopped with losing weight one day, it happens all the time, its just a reaction of your body trying to save you
