uploading pics to my posts

I am relatively new, and I see that tons of pips have upload before and after pics in their forums. How do I do that?
I've looked everywhere, and Im sure its right in my face but can find it.

I found that by using the Help link in the upper right portion of the screen. This is not to discourage your desire for information, but you might prefer if it you didn't have to wait for someone to reply to your question.
