Back for a second round!

I used MFP a couple of summers ago to drop from nearly 200 pounds down to about 155. (Currently 32 male, 5'6")

I'm back up to about 175 and my goals are a bit different this time. I'd like to lean down to about 160 or so and get into some strength training. I don't know many people on here, so I'd like to link up with people looking for motivation, advice, or support from someone that has successfully slimmed down. I'd also love to link up with people that are going through a strength training journey.
