Weightlifting question

I just started adding weightlifting to my exercise workouts and right now all I'm doing is bicep curls 3 times a week. Is that enough or should i work other parts of my body when weightlifting? I know that you can't spot reduce fat so i figure that working different parts of my body when lifting weights wouldn't be necessary, but I'm not 100% sure
My goal is too lose weight btw

Sorry not sorry- You aren't weight lifting.
why would you ONLY work those muscles?
of all the exercises to pick- that's the least important of them all.
If you had to pick just ONE exercise- it should be a compound lift..
but who wants to do just ONE. that's just no fun at all!!!!
Weight loss comes from diet- and the weight trianing is to maintain muscle mass so you optimze fat loss and minimize muscle loss (why? just because you are losing weight doesn't mean it's from the right places- it could mean fat and muscle loss- which I mean is fine- but losing MOSTLY fat and less muscle is better)
More weight training- like real weight training.
Do some research
Strong lifts
Starting strength
New Rules of lifting
all great programs.
Educate yourself- you have lots of fabulous muscles- biceps are useful for picking up beer- and loading the bar- but when you get to it- squatting and dead lifting and moving some real iron is where the magic happens!!
Good luck!0
