Need to renew motivation

Hey guys,
I have a slight problem...I lost about 25 lbs for my wedding last November. I was so motivated and I reached my goal weight of ~132lbs. I am 5'8, but extremely small boned, so that weight felt perfect for me. It looked perfect for me, and I was so happy with how I looked and felt. I can't even believe that I used to weigh 160.
Well...after the wedding came the honeymoon, and after that, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's! Then I changed jobs and was off work for about 2 weeks. I feel like I am on this extended holiday mode where I feel like ditching my diet and eating and drinking just a bit too much (3 glasses of wine a night is too much!). I have gained back up to about 139, and although all is not lost, I feel the difference. I NEED to re-motivate and find my laser-beam focus again. It doesn't help that exercising outside has been difficult with the Polar Vortex, but that's not really a valid excuse either.
Anyone have any tips? I just re-downloaded the app and created a new profile to try to clear my old one of all the "junk" that was cluttering it up and made the app run slow. Therefore, my profile shows only 1 day of activity, but I've been here since last August or so. I need to reach that mental state where nothing can derail me again, but I don't know how!

Starting weight for me Oct 2012 was 279 and I'm now 179. I posted the picture because sometimes it helps to see what can be accomplished.
What worked for me was daily Zumba on the Xbox 360, daily walking and the occasional jog. For the first year I logged everything I ate including the gum I chewed. Watched everything and counted everything. Not the ideal way to live but it worked for me and I gained a lot more then a smaller body.
If you need friends to help motivate- please feel free to add myself or anyone on my FR, the ladies are super supportive and so friendly.
Good Luck! XOXO0 -
I had a hard time getting motivated after I hit my heaviest weight ever - I managed to loose 7lbs (half a stone) but it took me months of going up and down. I volunteered to be a guinea pig for some colleagues at work who had done a coaching course and wanted to practice and the main question she asked that got to me was: "What's stopping you?"
In reality the answer was nothing! I can't explain how this motivated me, just that it did! I told myself to 'Just do it' - I signed up for the gym, I found some exercise classes I love and some new recipes (it helps that I love cooking new things) and just did it!
I've lost just over another 2 stone (29 lbs) since and while it did slow down a bit towards and over Christmas I decided the new year was a fresh start and got back to just doing it!
I guess my point is - remind yourself why you wanted to do it in the first place and how great it felt to hit your goal. Maybe find some pictures of your wedding and put it on the fridge as a motivator and then just do it!
Best wishes,
Lisa
PS - Sugar Kiss Princess: you're my new hero! I love your pictures! Lx0
