Hello,
I have not been able to get to the gym due to bad weather. So, I focus to follow my calories and not to exceed my food count. Do you suggest I increase my water intake while I'm "trapped" in the house?:drinker:

I'm a little confused by this question... Water won't make you burn more calories. But sure, drink more, because it's good for you. Just don't expect it to have any influcence on your weight loss.
Also, just because you can't go to the gym doesn't mean you can't exercise! Walk or run in place, do jumping jacks, walk up and down stairs, do sit-ups, push-ups, planks, leg raises, lunges, squats, tricep dips...if you don't have hand weights, grab some water jugs or canned food and do bicep curls, shoulder presses, etc. There are also plenty of videos online you can use. I'm not fluent on how to access yet but have friends that use YouTube and FitnessBlender or even the fitness videos on Netflix streaming. If the bad weather is snow, go out and shovel - that's a great workout!0
