vitamins and protein powder

I am starting to research again some vitamins and protein powder for post workout options. I want quality, fast absorption and one that is geared to both men and women (can be separate but would like one that is meant for women as well as something for my husband).

I have a friend that I have known since I was 9 years old who is a rep for insagenix so she obviously believes strongly in their products but I am very skeptical as they promote replacements for fast weight loss which is not what I am after. I just want quality vitamins for optimal health and quality post workout protein.

Suggestions? I am celiac so gluten free is a must.
