First work out since having a baby

I did it, my first workout since having baby #2, Phew! I forgot how "weak" your body feels at the beginning. It's going to take time to build back my muscle strength -- but I did it.

Any other new mommies??

    Yes! I just had my first (and last!) baby almost 3 months ago. This is my 3rd week of working out and my 1st week back to work (boo!). I feel you on the weakness thing, but I can say that every week I feel stronger and can do more! I lost 4 lbs after the 1st week but only maintained after the 2nd week, which was disappointing. I had been doing all the same things. Hoping it's going to start coming off and/or I will see the difference in clothing, etc. I am struggling with finding enough time for a good work out each day. Sleep is losing this battle! I'll have to keep working on balancing work, baby, husband, exercise, house work, etc.
