Calories burned for a mixed cardio workout?

I don't have an HRM yet so I have no idea how many calories I would burn doing a 30 min mixed cardio workout.
My weight now is between 215-216. Here is the workout on hulu http://www.hulu.com/watch/117926/new-year-new-you-less-is-more-cardio so if anyone around my weight with an HRM wants to give it a try that would be great. Otherwise does anyone have any guesses?
