What is the best way to prevent heat exhaustion? Best ways to overcome? I over did myself yesterday and made myself sick. Talk about disappointing.

My best advice is if you live in TX like me, stay inside! I went out for a run at 7am yesterday and after about 10 minutes it was so hot and humid that I couldn't breathe. Back to the treadmill in my airconditioned house. But seriously, stay hydrated. Drink water until your eyes float!0

I had to go to the emergency room not to long ago, with heat stroke....that was not fun, I seriously felt like I was going to die.....We had been out on the boat all day, and I hardly drank any water, so, I learned my lesson...water, water, water....0
