Like the title says i need someone to keep my motivated. I need a friend to keep me on track and remember me to work out.
I need to clear my cupboard out of this red velvet cake i made the other day and never made another one again lol because it stares at me wanting me to eat like.. Like today .
facebook buddy would probably be more helpful. As im on there 24/7 or the messages go to my phone.
I live right over from a gym but i have no balls to go to it and tbh i dont have anyone that can watch my monkey while i go.
I know ive got a week left before i return to work. Would i count this a exercise too.. As ill be lifting and bending all day for about 4 hours 5 days a week. climbing stairs also.
If your up for this challenge please send me a little message.
Thanks guys.

Feel free to add me as well. I'm on here several times a day. Sounds like you just had a baby? I know what it's like having to get back in the swing of things after having a baby...I've got 3 of em. If you can't get to the gym get some dvd's and start there. I have been working out for years and still haven't found the balls to go to the gym. Dvd's and jogging are my workouts of choice. I'm sort of obsessed with Jillian Michael's dvds, but there are tons of them out there. When I first started working out a few years ago I got a dance dvd because I thought it would be something fun to try. I started there and slowly started getting harder dvd's. You can totally do this, you just have to decide you're going to do it. If you're just starting I recommend taking a few minutes to sit down and write out your goals, be specific... "I want to lose x pounds...I want to be able to do a pushup" etc. Just remember to be specific about it and then most importantly, write out your WHY. Why do you want to lose weight? What will you achieve by losing weight? Be able to play with your kids, feel good in your clothes, live longer and feel good etc.0
