Lunch

RE using frozen lunches (Weight Watchers, Lean Cuisine, even non-"light" but counting the cals/NI): how often can I use them and not slow down weight loss? I've been making a fresh lunch to take to work every day since starting on MFP but that extra half-hour of chopping is a bit hard to come by (after the 1-1.5 hours exercise).

    Every day for every meal as long as you maintain a calorie deficit.

    Do you make dinner most nights? If so, make an extra serving and pack it up for the next day while you're dishing up your plate.
