Valentine's dinner at home

I love putting together a nice meal, but most nights it's quick, easy or leftovers. My husband and I are planning on staying in for Valentine's (perfect since he's been away on business all week) and I am so excited for the meal I have planned. I have literally been thinking about it for 2 weeks.
Menu:
green salads
Pasta with rapini and chicken sausage (http://www.skinnytaste.com/2011/04/orecchiette-with-chicken-sausage-and.html)
whole wheat baguette
cheesecake stuffed strawberries (with neafchatel)
I'm also making caramel corn to take in to work. I miss baking treats like that but they are definitely my biggest weakspot. I really can't control myself, so into individual baggies and off to work they go!
