Kelp Noodles

Heard about them the other day. I'm always looking for a pasta alternative. I ordered some and expect them this week.

Anyone else tried them? Have any ideas for cooking with them?

    They remind me of rice noodles, so I like them best in Asian dishes like sukiyaki, phad Thai, and pho.
