Finally Taking this Seriously!

Hey everyone! I'm 25 years old and my main goal is to basically create a better, healthier lifestyle for myself. I'd love to lose at least 25 lbs, but my focus isn't on the numbers but learning to do better. I'd love to hear from people who can offer me tips and tricks of the trade that have worked for them. I'd even love to hear from people who might just want to vent, go workout together or talk about life.
