Need help getting back to where i was

I need motiviation. I was able to lose almost 70 pounds then bam I got pregant and put 40 of it back on. I need to get it back off but i am having trouble getting back to my old ways. Any suggestions, tips, etc. Especially any tips from those who are trying to balance working full time, having kids (1 a new baby), and working out etc. I just can't seem to get back into the grove.

Anyone suggest any groups on here who can be a great motivitor to hold me accountable?
