Battle Ropes

I can not find anything on here that will give me a rough estimate of how many calories battle ropes will burn... Anyone? I hate to put it under circuit training, because it's so gosh darn intense! I do a 30-minute battle ropes class twice a week (in addition to three days a week of actual circuit training), and it is SO challenging.
