Hello! I am looking for a workout DVD for days I cannot make it to the gym. I talked with my orthopaedic doctor today and because of my knees he does not want me doing exercises with squats. My other doctor recommended doing a pilates dvd.
So basically I'm looking for a workout DVD that is relatively low impact on knees but still will give me a good workout. And if you like pilates which DVD do you like?
I'm aiming to lose fat mainly around midsection and tone midsection/thighs. I know you cannot spot train but those are my focus areas.
Thanks!!!
