body frame calculator

I've been seeing a lot of topics about ideal weights and frame sizes on the boards the last couple of days. I started to get curious about my frame and thought this info might be helpful to others as well. There are several ways to calculate your body frame size and I guess the most accurate way is to measure the width between your two elbow bones. However, that either takes another person or calipers to measure. I found an online calculator and all you need to know is the circumference of your wrist in inches or cms and your height. Then you can find a more accurate "ideal" weight range for your body frame. There are several on the web, I just picked these. They seemed easy to use :flowerforyou:
