Starting the journey

So... I used to be that girl that no one thought would see 100 lbs. Today, I'm pushing 200, and I've come to reach the deepest depression of my life. I've tried diets and exercises before, only to get frustrated and give up after a few weeks. Sugar is a massive addiction, add that on to having little to no support, and someone who was willing to throw junk food in my face every chance he got, things added up quickly.

Now I've started the journey, and feeling a bit more confident than before that I can do this, though I worry it will be terribly hard. I'm 5'2", pushing too close to 200 for my taste, and a stay at home mom who isn't very active. Working out during the day is near impossible thanks to a little guy who loves to play with my equipment! So far, it's going on a week and I'm doing well, but can I keep it up? We'll see where this journey to health and wellness takes me this time. I hope towards success.
