Another calories question

I just posted that MFP has me set at 1,490 / day based on 1 lb / week loss. I am a 20 year old female, 185 lbs, 5' 4''.
I have been playing around with body fat cals and TDEE calcs.
If I set it to no exercise, my TDEE is 1,993 and TDEE - 25% = 1,495
If i set it to 3 hours/week, my TDEE is 2,284 and TDEE - 35% = 1,485
I understand TDEE - 35% is a large deficit, usually one that is only recommended for 75+ lbs to lose. But, if I subtract 1,485 from 2,284, that is about an 800 calorie difference, so 1.5 lbs / week loss.
Would it be worth it to give it a shot that way, eating at 1,485 and exercise 3 hours/week without eating back exercise calories?
I would rather a solid number to deal with daily, not fluctuating based on exercise for the day.
I appreciate any feedback for this newbie
ETA: I am thinking the benefit to this would be losing on avg 1 lb / week for those weeks that I don't exercise, and a little more for those weeks I actually do 3 hours / week. I think I am really over thinking this. I just don't want to exercise, not eat back the calories, and do harm. When I exercise, it is usually 30 mins tops on the elliptical, so not too intense.
