I'm Back!

Screw Livestrong! This place is where it's at.

After about a year of not focusing properly on my goals, I'm back to really put some effort into this. I recently went through a break up, having realized that so much of my energy was being poured into my significant other and not myself. I'm 27 now and I've begun to notice huge changes in my body and my health. My joints are getting stiffer, I've been experiencing problems with my gallbladder and I'm just starting to feel lethargic and depressed ALL the time.

It's time for a change and I know exactly what it is.

For the last two days in a row I've gone to the gym to get in some AMAZING workouts, and I feel great.

I'm really sick of seeing myself like this, and I haven't told many people what I'm doing, so I'm super excited to see the looks on people's faces when all of a sudden I end up being thinner. I'm looking for some friends to keep me motivated and share some tips with. Anyone interested?
