Looking to see what kind of routines you guys have going on at the gym.
Previously my workout was mostly cardiovascular with some strength training, however since i've been losing weight and have lost a lot of body fat i'm now looking to concentrate more on weight lifting.
Just looking to see what other people have going on and if anyone would care to share a detailed plan with me (what results you've had with it?) that'd be good.
For example: Monday - Chest & Triceps - *list of excercises used* etc.

start with a full body workout like stronglifts 5x5. I did this for 6 months and I got good strength gains and a bit of size on a maintence level of calories.
Focus on compound lifts DL & squat. Get someone experienced to check your form. THrow your ego out the door and start from a light weight to get started.0
