I am a diabetic who is returning to MFP. I have a doctor appointment tomorrow morning. How do I print out my food logs in the program?
Note: I was gone from MFP for about 6-8 months, and I only gained about 4-5 lbs from when I stopped recording, but I knew how to control portions. YES to MFP

On the Food tab at the bottom is a button that says View Full Report (Printable),
Hope that helps you.0 -
I take no credit for this....found in another posting:
It is relatively easy to get the information into Excel (you can print during this process).
Step 1. Go to http://www.myfitnesspal.com/reports/printable_diary/gerrykuhl
Step 2. Select the date range you want to export
Step 3. Select everything from before the first date to the very end of the page
Step 4. Copy (you could print here)
Step 5. Open up excel and click in A1
Step 6. Paste
