Oh, adding to all that, you are going to be doing this for a while, so shouldn't feel like you are eating diet food or a diet meal plan. Find a way to eat enjoyably and for taste and satisfaction that also fits into your calorie goals. And remember losing slower in a sustainable way is going to be WAY more effective than being as restrictive as possible and then giving up or having a big off day or week that sets you back. I had 90-100 lbs to lose when I started and accepting it was going to take over a year and needed to be normal and fun, not self-punishment or dull, was important.

Mostly how I ate when losing, even when it was 1250 calories, wouldn't have looked like a diet food plan to anyone who didn't know what to look for (I almost never ate skinless boneless chicken breast unless I used it as part of a tagine or stir fry or pasta dish or soup). My meals were delicious and cooked for taste. It still would have looked like I cared about nutrients, though, sure.

Thanks yes in the diary there is some more sugar then I'd like because I had a bad Bingy day but this is the meal plan i Plan to try.

Sugar isn't an issue as long as you stay within your calorie goals. There are no bad foods. I plan for a Lindor chocolate truffle every night. The weight is still coming off and I don't have a ton of cravings because I know I can have my treat at the end of the day.
