    I got fatter. I began running years before joining MFP and calorie counting. I used running as an excuse to eat. I am Exhibit 1A of the fact that you can't outrun a bad diet.
    You just need to run further ;).

    Having vouchers for free KFC, I ran about 2 calories off the meal I had a voucher for last night on a club run.
    Unfortunately, I was already 150 over. So after I'd finished the shorter social run, I went and did two more miles on my own, burning 350 calories (we have hills here :) ), which nicely balanced out that 150 AND gave me two servings of protein powder to make up my macros.
