Sound like you are potentially developing orthorexia if you do not already have it.
I mean, in what strange reality is having some bread or rice treating your body badly?
Treating your body badly is what you are doing currently, in taking it to extremes, that will eventually burn it out and potentially burn out your metabolism and thyroid in the process. I suggest you wise up or get help. Not trying to be harsh, but you are abusing your body.

I think my biggest mistake was by trying to bump up my calories I probably just ate a lot of the wrong things but as you know, it's hard to get the calories with just veggies and protein. I also ate items like rice and breads which I usually never eat and thinking about it now makes me sick to my stomach ugh!

Is it possible you also increased the amount of fiber you had significantly over your normal intake? If you don't do that gently, it can make you feel crummy, even though most people need more fiber than they get.

May I gently suggest you seek assistance from medical and psychological professionals as soon as possible. Everything you have written here is extremely troubling. And while I understand you are trying to increase calories yourself, sometimes we just aren't able to help ourselves to the extent required. Take care of yourself.
