Hello! I am Winter Berry. I am 18 and live in Scotland. I'm currently in a psychiatric hospital for bipolar disorder. My anti-psychotic medication makes me eat uncontrollably, so I really need to get a handle on my diet and exercise.

Today has been a very bad day. I took my medication for the first time in a while, and have spent the whole day eating everything in sight.

My profile picture is very, very old, from the last time that I cared about my physical appearance. I couldn't bear to upload a picture of my current body.
