Healthy Valentines Day Gift Idea

Hi All:

My sister has lost over 50 pounds by watching everything she eats. She has PCOS so she is very particular about what type of foods she will put into her body. So, I decided to make her a gluten free, low calories, low fat valentines day gift basket instead of buying her the usual box of chocolates. I included some homemade garlic and cheese kale chips, homeade super protein gluten free organic chocolate chip muffins, fresh organic strawberries, smoothie pops, and vegetable seeds for her to start a garden this spring. I put it all in the basket (except the smothie pops-those had to stay frozen) and decorated the basket. I think she is going to love it. It was such a cute idea that I thought I would share it. If you have someone in your life who is watching calories, fat, or gluten, this is a great idea to treat them for Valentines Day.

Think I will give it a miss and give her roast lamb with endless potatoes and a big chocolate cake, all courtesy of Iceland...
