Hi I'm new, 32 yr old mom looking to lose 15lbs

I'm 32, mom of a 5yr old boy and a 10 yr old boy, I've lost 6 lbs since jan. 1st, looking to lose about 15 more and get back into shape. I just joined yesterday, and I have 1 friend on here at the moment. I'm a SAHM, mostly doing yoga and working on my core, and working on eating less junk and empty calories and over eating the good stuff, I'm very into food so it's hard. I also have asthma that is triggered by exercise so it's hard to find cardio I can do, 20 jumping jacks triggered it yesterday. Looking for similar friends.
