5 weeks post-partum and NO appetite

I had DD about five weeks ago and since then, my appetite has completely tanked. I'm not breastfeeding. My milk never came in fully enough to get more than 10mL at feedings and pumping sessions. I've already been to the Lactation Consultant and my OB and tried everything under the sun to help. Anyway, I'm never really hungry now. I feel like I did when I was on Phentermine with my doctor a few years ago. Except now, I'm not thirsty either. I have to force myself to drink water.
I'm finally able to go back to the gym. After my first workout session, I finally felt hungry. Any tips on what to do?

Well if working out helps you feel hungry I suggest working out. Try twice a day for a while 30 min each or more if you can swing it and hopefully that will kick your appetite back into gear.0
