Awesome breakfast

I swear, I gave serious thought to licking the plate when I was done. I made mujadra (Lentils, rice, and onions) the other night, and had way more leftovers than I expected, so I've been eating it for lunch for days. This morning, I reheated a half cup of mujadra, topped it with a half ounce of cheddar cheese, added two over-medium eggs (nonstick pan, so no additional oil used in cooking) and drizzled some hot sauce over it all. SO GOOD. I may start making extra when I make mujadra in the future, just to be sure I can have this breakfast again. It's about 350 calories, so it fits nicely into my calorie limits, and I am very full right now.
