Food and expanding waistline

Hey guys,
I know this could possibly be a little TMI depending on your sensitivity to the human body.
The last week I have noticed that as soon as I eat something, it could be literally anything, I immediately become bloated and gassy (from both ends) and I have no clue what is going on. Should I do a "cleanse" because something isn't working properly or just deal with it and time will pass?
Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue before.
KThanksBye!
