Evening all! I am Kris and on my second day. I am looking to loose 30 pounds and to be healthy. I need motivation and hoping I can find it here! Thanks, have a great night and good luck with your goals!!!

    Hi Kris, I'm Angie. This is my first day on here. I have been going through and checking things out and this looks like what I need to keep myself on track. I have a long way to go, but am determined to get down to my goal weight. I have been near the 300 lb mark for 21 years and am very tired of feeling and looking this way. I have dieted before and lost 50 lbs just to gain a lot of it back. I have joined a gym this time to help burn the calories.
