When should you increase your strength training?

Hello -
I am wondering if it is time for me to increase my strength training. I do 4 days cardio 2 days strength a week for an hour a day. I have lost 14 lbs in 60 days, but have maintained since February started. However, I have lost a lot of inches in.
I eat 1200-1600 cals a day and eat at least 60g+ of protein a day.
Does anyone have any insight/advice to share?
Thanks!

Like increase weights? Find a progressive program that tells you when and how to increase weights. Some have increased every session, some every week, and some every month.0
