When to change goals for loss...

Hey all....When I started out here I was firmly in the camp of obese and having a weight loss goal of 2lb per week was reasonable. I'm now about 162 as per my last weigh in and by 155 I will be at the top end of a "normal" BMI. I've already changed the amount to 1.5lb per week, but should I be making it even less at this point? I'm not sure where my end goal will be. I feel I'm already starting to look a little gaunt and suspect at least 5 - 10 pounds of my weight is probably extra skin. This being the case I don't think I would want to go any lower than 140 for an end goal. So with 22 pounds left to go is 1.5 alright or should I be going for 1 per week instead? I just don't want to go charging into maintenance mode having netted 1200 a day for 6 months and jumping up to however many I'll have to have to stay at 140
